Bora 1.6 AEH 1999 АКПП. Пробег: 140000. БУ: 1.6l 2V/R4 SIMOS AT3120

Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться с проблемой. Все специалисты предполагают разное. Перед сменой дорогостоящих датчиков и устройств хочу попробовать вникнуть сам… 🙁

Постоянно вылазит ошибка 00537 – Лямбда-регулирование 18-10 – верхнее предельное значение – Спорадическая.

Удалял ни раз, появляется через 10-20 мин езды (на холостых не замечал появления, может просто не дожидался?).

Не знаю, какие точно значения необходимы… вот, что было при 85-90 градусах:

Мас-ый расход: 2.84 г/с

Коэф лямбды : 0.93 1.08 1.00 (три разных, из разных переменных)

Менялись все фильтра и свечи (нужно было по времени). Не очень давно менялся датчик охлаждающей *цензура*кости.Из заметных симптомов повышенный расход и искрят колпачки (а может и не только) проводов на корпус (только в сырую погоду и на холодном двигателе! При искрении машину дергает). Визуально провода удовлетворительные (подтвердило несколько специалистов), но я планирую поменять их на днях. Один автоэлектрик утверждает, что в обеих проблемах (искрение проводов и 00537) виновата бобина и/или коммутатор (~90$) и предлагает пробовать менять их перед проводами (~70$). Как думаете, что лучше с этим делать?

В остальном, работа двигателя не вызывает никаких нареканий – на слух, прогретый работает идеально (замечало несколько человек).

Предполагалось:

– Подача воздуха (смущает один небольшой патрубок, но уверяют, что он заклеен хорошо, как можно в этом убедиться?)

– Выпускная система (одного товарища смущали хлопки при отпускании газа, визуальный осмотр ничего не дал)

– Лямбда-зонд (вроде по графикам он вполне адекватен, хотя высказывались о его странно быстрой реакции и уходе надолго в 0в). Кстати, сколько их в такой машине? Что-то я так и не нашел в интернете 🙁

– ВВ провода (хочу менять)

– Бобина и/или коммутатор

Если нужны еще какие-нить значения/графики работы двигателя, могу снять (но только не в движении, т.к. нет ноутбука с COM-портом).

Имеем Шкода Октавиа 2002 г.в. Двигатель 1.6 AKL.
Ошибка 00537 лямбда-регулирование
18-00 верхний лимит.

Путем поиска в интернете были найдены и проведены следующие измерения:

соединиться с двигателем (адрес 01), затем ввести адресное слово 08 - "Чтение блоков измеренных значений", затем ввести номер группы параметров - 001, прогреть двигатель до рабочей температуры, проверить значение температуры во втором поле значений - температура должна показывать около 80 °C, затем смотреть напряжение Лямбда-зонда в третье поле этой же группы. Значение должно постоянно коле...ся 0,0...1,0 V.
Если отображается постоянно около 5,0 V - Короткое замыкание на плюс.
1,50...1,60 V - Обрыв сигнальной цепи
Около 0,0 V - Замыкание на массу..., сигнальную массу.

Напряжение было проверено и плавало в норме – от 0 до 1В.

Далее было проверено вот это:

посмотреть состояние режима Лямдарегулятора в группе 020 или 099, четвёртое поле. В идеале должно показывать 0xx1011x в 20й и (или) 0xxx011x в 099й группе. x - безразличное состояние бита, во внимание не принимать

В группе 020 показания были 10000011, причем последняя цифра была постоянной, в группе 099 были 10000011, последняя цифра не менялась.
Данные цифры означают, что лямбда-регулирование отключено.
Вопрос, что это значит?

После продолжительных поисков инфы и звонков клубням (спасибо Valerups), ничего толкового найдено не было. Были стерты ошибки и о чудо – в 099 группе стало вот такое значение 00010111, причем последняя цифра менялась с 0 на 1 и обратно все время. Ошибок больше не было, хотя до этого неделю назад, я также стирал ошибки и при заводе авто она появлялась через 2-3 мин.
Далее было принято решение погазовать и посмотреть 099 группу, при перегазовках иногда 1-ка на 5-ом байте кратковременно менялась на 0. Как я понял, это означает, что снова лямбда-регулирование отключалось по какой-то причине, но кратковременно.
Ошибка больше так и не вылезла
Вопрос все таки, что означает отключенное лямбда-регулирование и почему это может происходить?

ДЕЛО МОЖЕТ И НЕ В ЛЯМДЕ. ЛЯМДА ЭТО КОНЕЧНЫЙ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЬ ВСЕЙ ЦЕПИ ДВИГАТЕЛЯ. НА СОБСТВЕННОЙ ШКУРЕ ИСПЫТАЛ. ОКАЗАЛОСЬ НАЧАЛ УМИРАТЬ ДТОЖ И ВЫСКОЧИЛА ОШИБКА ПО ЛЯМДЕ. ПОМЕНЯЛ И СТАЛО ГУД. ТАК ЧТО ДЕЛО НЕ ТОЛЬКО В САМОЙ ЛЯМДЕ МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ ЧЕРЕЗ КОМП СКИНЬ ОШИБКУ И ПОСМОТРИ ЧЕРЕЗ КАКОЕ ВРЕМЯ ПОЯВИТСЯ СНОВА

Ступино

Выскакивала ошибка по лямбде. Проблема была в катушке зажигания, но машина дёргалась (иногда). Заменил КЗ и всё стало хорошо. Макс правильно пишет,что лямбда конечный показатель.( Зажигание,подача топлива,подсос воздуха и т.д.) двигатель AHL-1/6.

Попробуй проверить воздуховод от ДМРВ до дроссельной заслонки (ДЗ). Посмотри прокладку ( круглая) где патрубок соединяется с ДЗ. Высоковольтные провода,свечи. Пропуски зажигания на AHL VAG-COM не показывает (почему-то)
